Thursday Golf - $250 per person (includes 18 holes of golf, a boxed lunch, water taxi to the course, golf cart, unlimited floating practice balls, personalized bag tag, forecaddie, gratuity for forecaddie, complimentary warm-up sports massage, and the chance to win one of the team prizes.) Thursday Centennial Trail Bike Ride - $150 per person (includes boxed lunch and bike rental.) 2-3 Hour Duration, Activity Level: mild to moderate. This is a guided ride where you will follow a path along the shores of beautiful Lake Coeur d'Alene. Riding a scenic route through some of the oldest homes in the Coeur d’Alene area and up Higgens Point where you’ll view the beauty of the lake from the top of the trail. **Minimum age 10 years. Length of ride is 15 miles, round trip. Choice of Comfort Bike (pictured below) or E-bike which is similar seat-wise, but has the electric motor to help propel guests while riding.

Golf Tee Times begin at 11:30 am. Bike Ride begins at 12:30 pm. Boxed Lunches available starting at 11:15 am.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for conference, golf and/or companion registrations received on or before August 20, 2023 will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after August 20, 2023 but prior to September 10, 2023 will receive a 50% refund of their fees. Cancellations and no shows on or after September 10, 2023 will not receive a refund.

Space is limited. Early registration is encouraged. In the event that room space becomes filled to capacity, some registrants will not be able to be accommodated, and will be notified. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first served basis.

Coeur d'Alene (CDA) Resort Lodging and Information

The conference will take place at CDA Resort https://www.cdaresort.com/. The conference group rates are no longer available and guest room reservations can be made through the resort at best available regular room rates. Reservations can be made over the phone through CDA's Reservations Department by calling 888-965-6542

All reservations will be asked for a deposit equal to the first night's room, tax and surcharges. Cancellations by individual attendees are subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night's payment. Guests can change or cancel reservations up to 7 days prior to arrival, to avoid a forfeiture of deposit.

The Coeur d'Alene Resort is located at 115 South Second Street, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho 83814.  The Spokane International Airport is the closest to the resort and is approximately 40 miles or 45 minutes from the resort. For shuttle and transportation options, follow this link: Traveling to Coeur d’Alene by Air or Car. Current airport shuttle prices are $79.00/person round trip - $39.00/children under 2. The controlled covered on-site parking is currently $20.00 per day for self and $24.00 per day for valet.
